These are not GPS positions. They are worked out from which mobile masts the device can hear, and the accuracy depends entirely on how many it can see: with several nearby it may be good to around 100 m, but on a single distant mast it can be several kilometres out. The shaded circle is the real margin of error, not the dot. Treat it as a search area, never as a destination.
