The air brake system drives a servo to deploy braking surfaces during coast, steering the predicted apogee toward your target altitude. It moves to your initial position at burnout, modulates between the servo's min and max travel to hit the target, then at apogee either retracts or holds a set angle (both configurable below). Set the chosen servo channel's min (fully retracted) and max (fully deployed) travel in the servo settings, and don't also drive that channel from a rule, to avoid a conflict.
Enable air braking
Master switch. When off, air braking never drives the servo.
Servokanaal
Which servo output drives the brakes. Set its OFF/ON travel in the servo settings.
Doelhoogte
The apogee you're aiming for, in metres above the pad.

Snelheid inzetten
How quickly the servo ramps toward full braking. Slower is gentler and less prone to overcorrection.
Vroege aanpassing
Aim this percentage above target until within 15% of it, to avoid undershooting from early prediction noise. A few to ~10-20% is typical.

Activatiehoogte
Brakes stay off until the rocket passes this fraction of target altitude (measured after burnout).
Initial position at burnout
Servo angle the brake moves to at burnout and holds until activation. Pre-deploying part-way lets the controller both add and reduce drag afterwards. Leave blank to stay fully retracted (servo min).

At apogee
What the brake does the moment apogee is detected, then holds through descent.
Apogee hold angle
Servo angle held and locked at apogee when “Hold a set angle” is chosen — e.g. keep the brake deployed to slow the descent. Ignored otherwise.
